Features of Chain Drive:

1.Chain transmission is a widely used mechanical transmission, which relies on the meshing of sprocket teeth and chain links to transmit movement and power.

2.Compared with belt transmission, chain transmission can maintain an accurate average transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, small radial pressure, and can work at high temperatures and low speeds.

3.Compared with gear transmission, chain transmission requires lower installation accuracy, low cost and can be transmitted over long distances.

4.The main disadvantage of chain drive is that it cannot maintain a constant instantaneous transmission ratio.
