Gate valve classification

There are many standards for gate valves, most of the connection length are different. They are mainly divided into the following categories: ANSI, DIN, BS, JIS, GOST, SABS etc.

According to the sealing surface of the wedge, the gate valve is divided into two types: metal seated and resilient seated. 

                                                                   

The gate valve is also divided into flat gate valve and knife gate valve according to the different structure types.

According to the classification of the body material, the gate valve can be divided into:

carbon steel valves, alloy steel valves, stainless steel valves, cast iron valves, titanium alloy valves, copper alloy valves, lead alloy valves, etc.
